Receipt of initial permission documentation

To start the design works we need a preliminary or final technical conditions on connection to the engineer support facilities and the urban development plan of the land property.

Below you can see the order of preparation of materials for receipt of the initial permission documentation.

• Calculation of main engineering resources demand indexes:

  - water supply and waste water disposal

  - electrical power supply

  - heat supply.

• Receipt of preliminary technical conditions (or letter) on presence of engineering capabilities to connect to the existing communications (presence of required power supply):

  - Water supply organization

  - Electrical power supply organization

  - Heat supply organization.

• Receipt of technical conditions on connection:

  - Water supply organization

  - Electrical power supply organization

  - Heat supply organization.

• Receipt of initial materials for development of project documentation (information from the Federal Service on Customers' Rights Protection and Human Well-being Surveillance about presence of sanitary protection zones, information on climatological characteristics and background concentrations, collection of data on abutting land-users, etc.).

• Receipt of the urban development plan
