Hotel chain "Eurosia"
For development of business the investor has come to a decision of reconstruction of an incomplete construction project for placement of a hotel. We carry out work in format of the General designer and Technical customer for realization of the investment project: receipt of technical conditions, urban planning documentation, making of project documentation, approvals of city authorities.
The hotel consists of a reception, a lobby bar, rooms of different comfort level for 60 persons. The architectonic pattern of the construction site complies to the existing building and creates a harmonious appearance of the architectonic line of the street.
Office block "Kommendansky column"
On the territory of the Kommendansky column facility we carried out design works of an office block and storage for seasonal machinery on behalf of Saint-Petersburg, we received a positive report from the State expert assessment department, the construction is completed.
