Gasoline retail stations "TNK"
In 2009 PSG has begun to execute design works for a chain of multifunctional gasoline retail stations TNK-BP in Saint-Petersburg.
In 2010 were completed the design works for three stations, were received all permits required for start of construction; the gasoline retail stations are built and in operation.
All gasoline retail stations offer high quality fuel and a wide variety of merchandise in all-day shops and a chain of all-day coffee shops. As well as ATMs, payment terminals and internet access.

Building machinery park "Technopolis"
PSG is implementing the design works for the company "Technopolis". The designed park allocates in Saint-Petersburg on the Oktiabr'skaya nab. 104 k.2.
The park "Technopolis" is a multifunctional transport facility. It consists of offices and amenity premises, areas of storage and everyday mechanical services of the motorized transport and custom machinery. There are also areas projected for storage of equipment, tools, spare parts and materials. Parking for private vehicles, a café and a recreation space for employees are available as well.
